Methodist wanted to add online bill pay as well as lay the groundwork with for a patient portal.
Working hand and hand with the programmer, our goal was to make the process as easy as possible for the end user, what resulted was myMethodist.

I wanted to break the form into logical chunks of modules so it doesn’t overwhelm the user. Within these modules, clear information on why this data is needed or instructions to complete that module’s chuck.
